Tenders and procurements
All procurements for the needs of companies comprising holding company “KARAKAN INVEST”, LLC are carried out centrally by “Karakan Energo Trade”.
For participation in tenders and procurements, arranged by “Karakan Energo Trade” LLC, suppliers shall provide following documentation:

Copy of Certificate of state registration (form No.P51001);

Copy of Certificate of registration with tax authority;
3
Copy of Certificate of Amendments to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL);
4
Copy of constituent documents (Charter – pages 1-5 and last page);
5
Copy of decision of the general meeting of shareholders confirming the appointment of the head of the organization or Power of Attorney for the signatory;
6
Copy of the Incorporation Resolution;
7
Partner’s card;
8
Extract from the EGRUL.
